Background:
Action Powersports, Inc. is dedicating a detention easement for the proposed development of Lot 1, Block 2, Timbercrest Park. The site plan for this development is currently under review by Staff. This detention easement is a requirement of the engineering and site plan review.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the detention easement dedication.
