Approval of and authorization to execute an Interlocal Agreement between the County of Wagoner, Oklahoma and the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma concerning County Road and Bridge Maintenance and Repair

Background:

The City of Broken Arrow and County of Wagoner have a need to continue cooperation and combine existing resources between the two entities, in order to maintain and repair county/city roads and bridges located, in part or whole, within city limits. This agreement shall be in effect from the date of its approval by both parties through June 30, 2025.
