Approval of and authorization to execute Amendment Number 2 to Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Garver, LLC for the Ninth Street Widening from Washington Street to Houston Street project (ST2027)

Background:
The Ninth Street Widening from Washington Street to Houston Street project is a named 2018 GO Bond project and is currently being designed by Garver, LLC. Garver, LLC has been asked to provide construction phase services for both Phase 1, Ninth Street and Washington Street intersection, currently under construction; and Phase 2, the 5-lane widening from Washington to Houston. This amendment includes the construction phase services previously mentioned and also provides for the redesign of the storm sewer trunkline for Phase 2 of the project to avoid the relocation of ONG gas lines.
With this in mind, Engineering and Construction Department negotiated an amendment with Garver, LLC to provide these services. Staff recommends approval of Amendment Number 2 to Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Garver, LLC.
Cost: $60,450.00
