Background:
The owner, RC Lynn Lane, LLC, has submitted an application requesting the closure of approximately 0.38-acre overland detention easement on property located one-eighth mile north of Washington Street (91st Street), one-half mile east of 9th Street (Lynn Lane). The property is currently in process to be platted as a part of Ninety One- Phase 4.
This overland drainage easement was dedicated by document numbers 2017099235 on October 23, 2017, for the development of Ninety One-Phase III. Stormwater is being accounted for with the development of Phase 4
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the detention easement closure. City Council previewed this ordinance on February 16, 2021.
