Background:
The Bristol Ponds Stormwater Improvements project is to stabilize the channel and inlet, regrade the south side of the pond, and rebuild the outlet structure.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Contract Bid Item No. 8, Type 1-A plain rip-rap, and bid item Class AA Concrete contained miscalculation that was not identified by the design engineer during the design phase. The final quantity change order reflects the actual quantities placed in the field. Temporary silt fence, temp silt dike, stabilized construction exit and dewatering were not required and therefore not utilized. Solid slab sodding was completed at a quantity less than the original contract amount.
