Background:
To maintain reliable, timely, and cost-effective hauling services, the Streets and Stormwater Department and the Utilities Department requested the solicitation of trucking services on an as-needed basis. The Purchasing Department issued Bid No. 26.169, which was sent to seven qualified vendors and opened on July 15, 2026. The City of Broken Arrow received one response.
After reviewing the bid, staff determined that D & H Trucking & Removal LLC was the sole responsive bidder. Awarding the bid will provide both departments with the flexibility and service reliability necessary to meet hauling needs during periods of high demand or scheduling conflicts.
This contract will be available for use by the Streets and Stormwater Department and the Utilities Department. Funding for these services is available in various Streets and Stormwater and Utilities accounts.
Cost: Rate as set outlined in the agreement
