Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-2078 (A-1 to CN) was approved by City Council on April 6, 2021, subject to the property being platted. PUD-322, which contained 0.80 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on May 18, 2021, subject to the property being platted. The Griffith Addition plat was filed in Tulsa County on September 25, 2024. The property is generally located at the northeast corner of Main Street and Washington Street (91st Street).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3864 and approve the Emergency Clause.
