Background:

The attached Mutual Access Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from The Board of Education of Independent School District No. 3, Tulsa County, also known as Broken Arrow Public Schools. The parcel 5.56 acres of Mutual Access Easement located in the Northwest Quarter Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. This donation is for the East Side Industrial Access Road. (Project No. ST23230)

A copy of the signed mutual access easement is attached.
