Presentation of the 2026 GO Bond City Manager’s Recommended Package (Project No. 2417260)

Background:
As part of the 2026 General Obligation Bond, planning and preparation is already underway with initial project requests list over 330 projects. Over the last 1.5 years, City Staff has deliberated, reviewed, and discussed the composition of the bond package. The Citizen Steering Committee presented their recommendation to Council in August 2025. City staff has presented results of micro surveys that included various different projects and topics surrounding the bond. Three in-person public information forums were hosted in the Fall and results of the sticker counts, comments, and input was delivered.
With all the information presented above, the City Manager and Staff have created a recommendation of projects set forth for the 2026 General Obligation Bond.
