Background:
The owner, RC Lynn Lane, LLC, has submitted an application requesting the closure of approximately 0.4 acres of an overland drainage easement on property located one-third mile north of Washington Street (91st Street), one-half mile east of 9th Street (Lynn Lane). The property is currently in process to be platted as a part of Ninety One- Phase 4.
This overland drainage easement was dedicated by document number 2017113393, on December 7, 2017, for the development of Ninety One-Phase III. Stormwater drainage is being addressed with the development of Phase 4.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the overland drainage easement closure. City Council previewed this ordinance on February 16, 2021.
