Approval of and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvement at Emerson Orthodontics located at 800 West Mission Street

Background:
All American Plumbing has completed the construction for Emerson Orthodontics. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement has been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement is the following: (1) Sanitary Sewer.
The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. The improvement has an approximate value of $45,272.02.
