Background:
Engineering & Construction Department staff negotiated a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc. for design of residential street rehabilitation projects in the Central Park and Bretton Woods subdivisions. The agreement includes design services to provide plans, for bidding and construction purposes, for the rehabilitation and replacement of concrete pavement panels, curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, inlets, and adjustment of manholes and valve boxes to grade.
Cost: $84,550
