Background:
The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. The AJGA provides valuable exposure for college golf scholarships and has an annual junior membership (boys and girls, ages 12-19) of more than 10,000 junior golfers from 50 states and 58 foreign countries. AJGA is giving junior golfers a platform to secure a college golf scholarship and assist with their overall growth and development through policies and guidelines enforced at our events.
Additionally, there is a charitable component built into our events. Any net proceeds from the event with benefit charity; a portion going to the AJGA foundation and the other portion going to a local charity of the committee/sponsors choice.
The Event will be held August 3-6, 2026, at Indian Springs Golf Course in Broken Arrow.
Hotel Nights Anticipated: 300-350
The request is for the hotel rebate of $500 for every 12 hotel room nights, in an amount not to exceed $15,000.
Cost: $15,000 (subject to FY27 appropriations)
