Background:
Lunsford Construction completed construction of Hillside Crossing Retail Center, located at 901 East Hillside Drive, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The required improvement is in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. This improvement was constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said improvement includes the following: (1) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvement identified above to the City. This improvement has an approximate value of $7,500.00. Staff recommends that the Council approve the final acceptance of the public improvement.
