Approval of a Service Agreement Renewal with SeeClickFix to provide software services for the online citizen reporting tool and mobile application
EndBackground:
SeeClickFix is an online service that allows citizens to easily and officially report non-emergency concerns to the City. The system can be accessed online via a mobile device or a computer. This renewal is for the second year of the five-year agreement term.
Funding for this service is available in the current fiscal year budget through BAMA and General Funds, and is subject to annual appropriation. To align the annual payment date and the agreement renewal date, the vendor has asked for the annual payment to be made in April each year going forward, starting with the current year.
Cost: $27,545 annually
