Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being provided to the City of Broken Arrow by the Burnstein Family Investment Company, LLC., by Sanford Burnstein a/k/a Stan Burnstein, Manager Member, and the Revocable Inter Vivos Trust Of John F. Hausam by John F. Hausam, Trustee and John Louis Hausam, Trustee.  This donation is being provided by separate instrument for the purpose of the construction of a 12-inch gravity flow line which allows the removal of two lift stations (the Grey Oaks and the Florence Street stations).  Staff has reviewed this action and recommends acceptance.
