Background:

The City of Broken Arrow (COBA) plans to replace a box culvert on Omaha Street near North 30th Street. In order to accommodate the new construction, existing Oklahoma Natural Gas Company (ONG) gas facilities need to be relocated. All of these existing facilities are located within existing private ONG easements, and as such, the COBA must reimburse ONG for the full cost of relocating those facilities.

 

The total anticipated construction cost for this work is $68,142.00, of which, the COBA portion is $68,142.00 (100.00%).  The attached Agreement details this costs and serves as authorization for ONG to begin the relocation process.
