Background:
The applicant/owner Davidson Family Irrevocable Trust submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a Deed of Dedication for the purpose of providing Right of Way access on Lot 6, Block 6 of Sun City I adjacent to Omaha Street.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the deed of dedication.
