Consideration, discussion and possible approval to repeal the Broken Arrow Convention and Visitors' Bureau Bylaws

Background:
City Staff is recommending that the Broken Arrow Convention and Visitors’ Bureau (CVB) bylaws be repealed and be incorporated into the CVB ordinances. The CVB ordinances are currently being updated which will incorporate the bylaws.
The Broken Arrow Convention and Visitors’ Bureau reviewed the bylaws at their November 9, 2015 meeting and approved the repealing of the bylaws and to incorporate them into the ordinances. By incorporating the bylaws into the ordinances it will provide one document as a point of reference.
