Background:

This project is to construct erosion control measures along the bank of Haikey Creek near the Diocese of South Tulsa. The project was advertised May 26th, 2026, and June 2nd, 2026. Three (3) bids were received on June 16th, 2026. The lowest bidder was BJ’s Oilfield for $295,115.00. The engineer’s estimate for the project was $298,833.00.
