Background:
The project will take place in the Adams Creek Wetlands area near E Hillside Dr and Dick’s Sporting Goods. The project will consist of grading, driveway and pervious parking lot construction, a gazebo, planting, and drainage will be constructed. This project is meant to construct a Low Impact Development site and structure for the residents of the City to enjoy wetlands in the Adams Creek Basin. The length of the contract is 90 days past the Notice to Proceed.
The project was advertised on March 12, 2024 and March 19, 2024. Six (6) bids were received on April 9, 2024. The lowest responsible bid was Ground Level, LLC for $348,763.00. The engineers estimate for the project was $368,322.82.
