Background:
Delco Holdings, LLC, is dedicating an offsite general utility easement, shown in Exhibit A, as part of the development of the Albany 40 subdivision. These offsite easements will be contained within a future phase of the development and need to be dedicated in place for the first phase of the subdivision.
City Staff has reviewed the easement and recommends its formal acceptance.
