Parcel 5.0 consists of 0.27 acres of permanent Right-of-Way, Parcel 5.C consists of 0.01 Acres of Temporary Construction Easement and Parcel 5.D consists of 0.02 Acres of Temporary Construction Easement located at 12910 South 145th East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
