This property was originally platted as Lot 1, Block 3 The Park at Adams Creek - Phase I amended plat. This property was rezoned to CH (Commercial Heavy) via BAZ-1396 on December 20, 1999 and BAZ-1418 on August 21, 2000, and PUD-000751-2023 was approved by City Council on June 5, 2023.
This proposed replat is for the purpose of further subdividing the parcel to create five new lots. Water and sanitary sewer service are available to this property from the City of Broken Arrow. None of the property is within the 100-year floodplain.
This item was reviewed by TAC on August 4, 2026 and approved by the Planning Commission (5-0 vote) in their meeting of August 13, 2026 per Staff recommendation.
