Background:

The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from W.O. Smith Trust, the owner. Parcel 33.0 consists of 0.10 acres of Utility Easement and 0.08 acres of Temporary Construction Easement for the County Line Trunk Sewer Replacement, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. W. O. Smith Trust, has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

 

Permanent Easement:  4,545 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ 1.00 SF @ 75% = $3,409.00

Temporary Construction Easement: 3295 SF @ 1.00 SF @ 10% = $330.00

Settlement Costs: $806.00

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $4,545.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the April 2, 2024, City Council Claims List.
