Background:

Rezoning case BAZ-1988 (A-1 to CG), which involved 2.41 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on October 12, 2017, subject to the property being replatted. The property has been replatted as Gertner Addition to the City of Broken Arrow.  The plat for Gertner Addition, which contains 2.41 acres, was recorded in Wagoner County as document number 2021-5555 on March 26, 2021.  The property associated with the Gertner Addition is generally located one-quarter mile north of Houston Street (81st Street) and one-quarter mile east of 23rd Street (County Line Road), south of the Broken Arrow Expressway.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3679 and approve the Emergency Clause.
