The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Mary McCurley, formerly known as Mary Lee Plunk, the owner. Parcel 3.0 consists of 1,200 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way located at 10203 South Lynn Lane Road in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Mary McCurley, formerly known as Mary Lee Plunk, has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 1,200 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $3.35 SF = $4,020
Improvements to be Acquired: Chain Link Cross Fence 20 LF @ $27.00/LF = $540; Concrete Paving 150 SF @ $8.00/SF = $1,200
Proximity Damages: $16,120
Cost to Cure Damages: Replace Wrought-iron Gate $2,000; Replace brick mailbox $1,500
Settlement Cost: $17,620
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $41,000
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the August 19, 2025 City Council Claims List.
