Consideration, discussion, and possible adoption of Ordinance No. 3511, an ordinance amending the zoning ordinance of the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, approving BAZ 1790, generally located one-half mile south of Washington Street, east of Aspen Avenue, granting an ON zoning classification be placed upon the tract along with PUD 158B, repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, and declaring an emergency.

Background:
On December 3, 2007, the City Council reviewed and approved PUD 158B and BAZ 1790 on property located one-half mile south of Washington Street, east of Aspen Avenue. BAZ 1790, a request to change the zoning from R-1 to O-3, encompassed 4.54 acres. PUD 158B, which was a major amendment to PUD 158A, and BAZ 1790 were approved subject to the property being platted. Aspen Office Park was recorded in Tulsa County on March 14, 2013. On February 1, 2008, the Zoning Ordinance was updated and the O-3 district was changed to ON.

be and the same is hereby changed from the zoning classification of R-1 (Single-Family Residential District) to ON (Office Neighborhood) along with PUD 158B.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3511 and approve the Emergency Clause.
