Background:

Planned Unit Development (PUD)-000453-2022 and BAZ-00452-2022 involve a 21.80-acre parcel located west of the southwest corner of Omaha Street (51st Street) and Elm Avenue (161st East Avenue). PUD-000453-2022 and BAZ-00452-2022 were approved by the City Council on February 7, 2023, subject to the property being platted. A 29.05-acre portion of the property was platted in Tulsa County as Ironwood on July 18, 2025.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3886 and approve the Emergency Clause.

 

Zoning Change: from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to RS-4 (Single-Family Residential), RD (Residential Duplex)/PUD-000453-2022
