Background:
Planned Unit Development (PUD)-000453-2022 and BAZ-00452-2022 involve a 21.80-acre parcel located west of the southwest corner of Omaha Street (51st Street) and Elm Avenue (161st East Avenue). PUD-000453-2022 and BAZ-00452-2022 were approved by the City Council on February 7, 2023, subject to the property being platted. A 29.05-acre portion of the property was platted in Tulsa County as Ironwood on July 18, 2025.
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3886 and approve the Emergency Clause.
