Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Armory, LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, the owner. Parcel 33.0 consists of 3,387 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way and Parcel 33.A consists of 1,446 square feet of Temporary Construction Easement, generally located east of 9th Street and south of East Del Mar Place in the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Armory, LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

 

Permanent Right of Way: 3,387 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $2.60 SF = $8,806.20

Temporary Construction Easement: 1,446 SF @ $2.60/SF x 10% = $375.96

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $9,190.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the August 19, 2025 City Council Claims List.
