The properties in the attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Michael Bailey and Jessica Bailey, the owners. Parcel 10.0 consists of 0.004 Acres of permanent utility easement, and Parcel 10.1 consists of 0.002 Acres of temporary construction easement, located at 490 East New Orleans Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Michael Bailey and Jessica Bailey have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
