Background:
On March 11, 2026, Code Enforcement opened a case for a dilapidated structure at 8420 South Lynn Lane Road. An inspection showed the property to be in the following condition, which according to State Statute and City Ordinance meets the definition of a dilapidated structure and eligible for demolition: The home has not been maintained and is in disrepair. The structure does not appear to be habitable. No active water account since October 19, 2022. The home has foundation issues, wood rot, holes in the soffits and facia board and the roof is severely dilapidated. No repairs have been made to the structure. There has been no communication from the property owner.
