Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-2070 (A-1 to RS-4) and PUD-316A, which contained 36.98 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on December 15, 2020, subject to the property being platted. The plat for The Lakes at Rabbit Run Phase I (7.38 acres) and The Lakes at Rabbit Run Phase 2 (28.13 acres) were filed in Tulsa County on March 2, 2022. The property is generally located one-quarter mile south of New Orleans Street (101st Street), east of Olive Avenue (129th E. Avenue).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3869 and approve the Emergency Clause.
