Background:
A version history of the collective bargaining agreement between the City of Broken Arrow and the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) Local 2551 was inaccurate in available files which has resulted in an omittance of some language, and previously removed language being left into the recently approved version of the 2023-2025 collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
The City and the IAFF have completed a thorough review of historical contracts and the recently approved contract and have made necessary changes to ensure an accurate version exists. There are no changes to this contract except to align version histories accurately.
Staff recommends approval of this ratified contract with the International Association of Firefighters Local 2551 for fiscal year 2023-2025.
