Background:

PT08-106A is the Conditional Final Plat, “Seven Oaks South II” and is the second phase of “Seven Oaks South”. This Conditional Final Plat consists of 92 lots on 23.36 acres, located one-quarter mile south of New Orleans Street, one-quarter mile east of 9th Street and is zoned A-1 (Agricultural).

 

Seven Oaks South, the first phase of this development, consists of 113 lots on 37.01 acres and was recorded in Tulsa County on July 23, 2008. The preliminary plat for the second phase, contained 141 lots on 42.60 acres and was approved by the Planning Commission on March 13, 2008, subject to the attached checklist.

 

PT08-106A, Conditional Final Plat, was reviewed by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on September 8, 2015. The Planning Commission, in their meeting of September 10, 2015, reviewed and recommended approval (3-0 vote) of PT08-106A as recommended by the TAC and Staff, subject to the attached checklist. There were no protestants.
