Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, by Shari L. Mobley, the owner. Parcel 4.0 consists of 3,826 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way in the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 19 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.  Shari L. Mobley has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Permanent Right of Way: 0.09 Acres @ $74,000/Acre = $6,660

Improvements Acquired: Chain link fence south boundary 25 LF x $22.75/LF = $569; 3 large trees 3 x $352/each = $1,056                                                               Total Improvements: $1,625

Proximity Damages: $12,960

Cost to Cure Damages: New tree/fence line: $13,100; Replace large maple trees: $1,860                                                                                                                                                                        Total Cost to Cure: $14,960

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $36,210.

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed.

Payment of the compensation is on the December 2, 2025 City Council Claims List.
