Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Marcain Properties, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcel 1.0 consists of 12,579 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way Way generally located at the northeast corner of the intersection of 37th Street and East Omaha Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 19 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. Marcain Properties, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Permanent Right of Way: 0.29 Acres @ $80,000/Acre = $23,200

Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $23,200.00

 

A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the November 17, 2025 City Council Claims List.
