The fee simple property in the attached General Warranty Deed is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Harvest Church of Broken Arrow, Inc., the owner, for property generally located on the northwest corner of the intersection of South 9th Street and East New Orleans Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
The attached Temporary Construction Easements, consisting of 600 square feet and 2,122 square feet of temporary construction easement for Parcels 7.A and 7.C is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow by the aforementioned owner on the aforementioned property in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
