The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Margaret Couch Scraper, Trustee of the Margaret Couch Scraper Family Trust, dated March 23, 2006, the owner. Parcel 3.0 consists of 1.56 Acres of permanent Right-of-Way generally located in the Northeast Corner of 9th Street and Washington Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Margaret Couch Scraper, Trustee of the Margaret Couch Scraper Family Trust, dated March 23, 2006, has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 1.56 ACRES @ $105,000/ACRE = $163,800
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $163,800
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the February 18, 2024 City Council Claims List.
