The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Constance Sanford, Kellie Blanton and Karen Holman, Co-Trustees of the Gretta J. Dugan Revocable Living Trust, Dated May 1, 2012, the owners, who are donating the right-of-way for Parcel 10.0, consisting of 7,202 square feet generally located south of 9905 South 177th East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
The attached Temporary Construction Easement, consisting of 2,365 square feet of temporary construction easement for Parcel 10.A is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow by the aforementioned owners on property generally located south of 9905 South 177th East Avenue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Constance Sanford, Kellie Blanton and Karen Holman, Co-Trustees of the Gretta J. Dugan Revocable Living Trust, Dated May 1, 2012, have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Parcel 10.A Temporary Construction Easement: 2,365 SF @ $2.35/SF x 10% = $556
Total compensation amount (rounded) = $560.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as are the General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the April 21, 2026 City Council Claims List.
