The properties in the attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easement are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Jose D. Carillo and Marisol Rodriguez, the owner. Parcel 12.0 consists of 0.227 Acres of permanent utility easement, and Parcel 12.1 consists of 0.109 Acres of temporary construction easement, located at 710 East New Orleans Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Jose D. Carillo and Marisol Rodriguez have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Perpetual Utility Easement: 0.227 Acres @ $75,000/Acre x 75%= $12,769
Replace impacted sprinkler system 1 @ $5,000 = $5,000
Temporary Construction Easement: 0.113 Acres @ $75,000/Acre x 10% = $848
Settlement Cost: $3,800.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $22,420.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the Utility Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the May 5, 2026 City Council Claims List.
