Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Jerry and Kimberly Hickman, the owners. Parcel 11.0 consists of 0.09 acres of permanent Right-of-Way located at 12613 S 145th East Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Jerry and Kimberly Hickman have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 3,869.22 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $1.68 SF = $6,500.00
Improvements: Gravel Driveway 564 SF @ 2.00 = 1,128.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $7,600.00
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed. Payment of the compensation amount is on the July 15, 2024, City Council Claims List.
