Background:

On September 5, 2017, Ordinance No. 3495 was approved by the City Council. After further review by Staff, clerical errors were discovered and corrected. Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3495-CORRECTED.

 

Rezoning case PUD 255 was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on February 7, 2017.  The underlying zoning of DM (Downtown Mixed Use Core District) remained unchanged.  The requirement to replat the property was waived.  The property, which contains 2.07 acres, is located one-half mile north of Houston Street, one-half mile west of 9th Street on the southeast corner of Main Street and Broadway.
