Background:
The attached Utility Easements and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Mr. Property Buyer, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, the owner. Parcels 3.1 and 4.1 consist of 0.09 acres and 0.37 acres, respectively, of permanent utility easement, and Parcels 3.A and 4.A consist of 0.11 acres and 0.32 acres, respectively, of temporary construction easement, generally located northeast of Highway 51 and southwest of the Creek Turnpike in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. Mr. Property Buyer, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, has accepted the below offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Parcel 3.A Temporary Easement: 4,575.45 SF x $2.08 x 10% = $951.69
Parcel 3.1 Permanent Easement 2,288 SF x $2.08 x 65% = $3,093.38
Parcel 4.A Temporary Easement: 13,810.25 SF x $2.08 x 10% = $2,872.53
Parcel 4.1 Permanent Easement 2,301 SF x $2.08 x 65% = $3,110.95
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $10,030
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City’s offer is attached, as are the Utility Easements and Temporary Construction Easements. Payment of the compensation amount is on the August 3, 2026 City Council Claims List.
