Background:
The attached Utility Easement and Temporary Construction Easements are being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Logan Riley and Paige Riley, the owners. Parcel 24.0 consists of 0.06 acres of permanent utility easement, Parcels 24.A and 24.B consist of 0.01 and 0.02 acres, respectively, of temporary construction easement for the Elm Creek Trunk Line Replacement, located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. Logan Riley and Paige Riley have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Easement: 2,523 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $1.45/SF x 50% = $1,829.00
Temporary Easement: 1,145 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $1.45/SF x 10%= $166.00
Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded) = $1,995.00
