Lot Line Adjustment request LOT-002991-2026 involves 2.14 acres. The property is generally one-fourth of a mile north of East Kenosha Street (71st Street) and one-fourth of a mile east of Olive Road (129th E Ave).

This lot line adjustment is altering the property line separating the two parcels. Currently both parcels are owned by ABM Investments, LLC. They are requesting to have the parcels split along a east-west line as opposed to their current north-south orientation. The intent of the change is to create a second lot that is more developable for a future single-family home. Any future home would have to go through the city’s permitting process as well.

According to FEMA’s National Flood Hazard Layer, no 100-year floodplain is present on both proposed lots. Any future development would have to abide by local, state, and federal regulations relating to floodplains.

LOT-002991-2026 was discussed by the Technical Advisory Committee on October 27, 2026. No concerns or comments were heard from stakeholders. A private easement needed to be filed prior to approval of the lot line adjustment and that easement has been filed.
