Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Jose Antonio Munguia Rosas and Alejandra Alicia Pena Quezada, the owner. Parcel 17.0 consists of 7,650 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way, in the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 19 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.  Jose Antonio Munguia Rosas and Alejandra Alicia Pena Quezada have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Permanent Right of Way: 0.18 Acres @ $74,000/Acre = $13,320

 

Improvement to be Acquired:

Large Trees - 2 x $1,000/each = $2,000

2 rail vinyl cross fence 25 Linear Feet (LF) x $21.00/LF = $525

15 x 18 asphalt drive 270 Square Feet (SF) x $5.00/SF = $1,350

Cost to Cure Damages:

4-foot vinyl coated chain link fence 297 LF x $25.00/LF = $7,425

4-foot vinyl coated chain link fence 38 LF x $25.00/LF = $950
