Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Sam Azarian and Maureen Azarian, the owner. Parcel 3.0 consists of 8,270.64 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way and Parcel 4.0 consists of 12,537.40 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way, located at 2204 East Houston Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Sam Azarian and Maureen Azarian have accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:

Parcel 4.0 Permanent Right of Way: 0.29 Acres @ $120,000/Acre = $34,800 Total: $57,600
