The conditional final plat of Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center at The Village of Stone Wood Hills contains one lot of 15.00 acres located north of Albany Street, one-quarter mile east of Elm Place.  The Broken Arrow hotel and conference center is proposed to be constructed on the property.  Grading work on the property is currently underway.  PUD 156F, a request for a minor amendment to PUD 156 to adjust the parking requirements for hotels was approved by the Planning Commission on June 11, 2015.

 

The property will have three points of access to Albany Street.  These access points will be shared with the adjacent properties.

 

According to the FEMA maps, none of the property is located within a 100-year floodplain area.  Water and sanitary sewer will be provided by the City of Broken Arrow.
