This lot split is being proposed in order to facilitate a new single-family residence being built on the west proposed lot. A single-family residence currently exists on the proposed east lot. Access to both parcels is available from E. 114th Street to the south.

 

According to FEMA Maps, none of this property is located within the 100-year floodplain. Well water and septic sanitary sewer are available to the property.

 

LOT-002749-2026 was discussed by the Technical Advisory Committee on April 14, 2026. No stakeholders had any comment.

Staff recommends LOT-002749-2026 be approved, subject to new warranty deeds for both parcels being brought simultaneously to the Planning & Development Division to be stamped prior to being recorded in Tulsa County.
